Dima Haso scam likely to rock Parliament

CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat says that his party would raise the multi crore scam in NC Hills of Assam in parliament. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Monday, Karat said siphonning off money meant for poor people is a grave and an unpardonable crime and that the guilty persons deserve punishment. Karat along with top party leaders held a brainstorming meet to formulate strategy for the upcoming assembly polls in Assam.

There is no positive outcome in the district after scam issue and all the political leaders are busy in making an image for the upcoming election with the in the name of scam issue. The district name should be totally named as DIMA HASAO in every article as suggested...as it is officially accepted in the gazzated offices in the state.

Altogether six persons died at a tragic road accident in Dhubri on Monday night sending shockwaves across the district. According to information, the accident took place, as their Maruti Van collided its head on a truck at the National Highway No 31 near Targhat in Dhubri. Another kid who sustained serious injury is undergoing treatment at the Dhubri Civil Hospital.According to eyewitness, the Maruti van was on its way to Dhubri coming from Bilasipara which collided its head on a truck which was coming from the opposite side.
