Dima Haso scam likely to rock Parliament

CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat says that his party would raise the multi crore scam in NC Hills of Assam in parliament. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Monday, Karat said siphonning off money meant for poor people is a grave and an unpardonable crime and that the guilty persons deserve punishment. Karat along with top party leaders held a brainstorming meet to formulate strategy for the upcoming assembly polls in Assam.

There is no positive outcome in the district after scam issue and all the political leaders are busy in making an image for the upcoming election with the in the name of scam issue. The district name should be totally named as DIMA HASAO in every article as suggested...as it is officially accepted in the gazzated offices in the state.

Delhi police detained KMSS general secretary Akhil Gogoi when he was staging dharna in front of prime minister’s residence on Thursday. According to information, Gogoi along with 50 other supporters were detained in the afternoon when they were shouting anti-government slogans in the front of the 7 Red Course Road in new Delhi. Later, they were taken to the Chanakyapuri police station and were detained for several hours.
