Shooting of 'Pole Pole Ure Mon' starts

After successful production of Assamese film,namely, 'Jibon Bator Logori', Hills Motion Picture Association stared its second Assamese Film, namely, ' Pole Pole Ure Mon' ( Wings of Ecstasy) from 30rd April last at the campus of Aauni Atiyo Satra, North Guwahati. In this connection, a meeting was organised , where several artists, technicians and public participated. Noted actors , namely, Nipon Goswami and Dinesh Das, Classical Dancer Ram Krishna Talukder and Journalist Rezek Ali Ahmed were present in the meeting as guest of honour, where Timothy Das Hanse, Director of this new film spoke details of the project. In inaugural ceremony of the shooting schedule , noted actors, namely, Moloya Goswami,Arun Nath, Tarun Arora and Pabitra Margherita participated in the various ceremonial activities. It may be mention that, Nipon Goswami, Arun Nath, Dinesh Das, Arun Hazarika, Moloya Goswami, Beauty Barua, Madhurima Choudhury, Saurov Hazarika, Rag Oinitom, Ravi Sarma, Tarun Arora( Mumbai ), Arup Bora, Gayatri Mahanta, Rimpi Das, Shyamantika Sharma, Parineeta, Jupitara Bhuyan, Hiranya Deka, Jeet Sharma, Asthajita, Mowsam Hazarika, Bishnu Kharghoriya, Pabitro Margherita, Raja Murad( Mumbai ), Shoma Anand ( Mumbai ) etc. will act in this film. Noted Cinematographer Shivanan Barua will render his service in this project. Popular singers like- Adnan Sami, Zubeen Garg, Parineeta, Subashana Dutta etc. will be the playback singer of this movie.

though i still nt knw d theme/story of "pole...",bt s a film aspirant i jst wish it2 b far better 4m "jibon...."Cos "jibon....." may b a big hit,bt its nt 4d film/story itself..bt its 4d reason of shortage/lack of assamese movies at present..we gt d opportunity2 watch a assamese movie after waiting 4sch long tm...morovr,dis particular movie was so mch so advertised dt evn people 4m remote areas cm2 watch it..whtevr m8 b,its a gud omen 4us dt movie-goers hv restarted 2cm2 theatre n watch movie..hope 4d brighest future..we need more jahnu barua....

Under the ambitious Mission Double Cropping that seeks to extend multiple cropping to over two lakh hectares of mono-cropping land within the current rabi session, the State Government today formally launched the distribution process of seeds and fertilizers across the 26 districts.A total of 66,548 quintals of potato seed and 4,000 quintals of mustard seed are being distributed under the project besides bringing under vegetable cultivation an area of 60,000 hectares. The Agriculture department will be implementing its ‘mission double cropping’ in all the 26 districts of the State from the next rabi season onwards, under the directive of Assam Agriculture Minister Nilamani Sen Deka.The objective of the mission is to enhance cropping intensity, and its initial phase had covered 12 districts. Under food grains (Category II), the Union Agriculture Ministry has given the best performance award for the year 2010-11 to Assam. This was informed by the ministry to Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi through a letter. The award will be given away by the Prime Minister at a function to be held in New Delhi on July 16.
