More leaders join BPF

More 50 supporters from  AIUDF and Sanmilito Janagostiya Aikhya Mancha joined in ruling BPF ahead few days of assembly election today at a party meeting at Chitila bazar complex in Kokrajhar.  Kokrajhar west MLA Pradip Kumar Brahma, former BTC MCLA Afjal Haque Sarkar welcome and felicitated newly join members from Teteliguri area of Kokrajhar west constituency. 

Brahma said that his party was stressing to gain more development and social uplift among society in the region. He said that this time his party is winning in large numbers of seats in the election and government formation is sure in the state with alliance BJP and AGP. He has appealed all sections of communities to vote for the BPF candidates in the election.

BPF president Hagrama Mohilary, who is also BTC chief, thanked all citizens of the BTC region for supporting his party to win 12 seats in the election. Security forces belonging to police, army and Cobra arrested a cadre of Kamatapur Liberation Organization(KLO) from Bajugaon area under Gossaigaon PS yesterday night in Kokrajhar district. The cadre was apprehended at a joint operation of the security forces and has been identified as Vikram Barman (22) of Bajugaon village. Two girls hailed from Kokrajhar district were rescued from Muradabad of Delhi and Sersha district of Haryana    and brought back them in Kokrajhar on Monday.  Shyamal Prasad Saikia, Kokrajhar SP told the reporters on Monday that police rescued two girls from different two places in Delhi and Haryana state on May 13, who were hailed from Gossaigaon and Bishmuri area of Kokrajhar district. The girls were trafficked from Kokrajhar district few months back in the neighboring states and rescued them on supports from GRP, Muradabad and some NGO activists.
