A good new seems to have been waiting to knock at the door in the run up to the Bhogali Bihu in Assam. The ULFA-Government peace process is set to gathered momentum. But will the peace talks sans Paresh Baruah will yield any result? Impossible indeed. But top ULFA sources claimed to have received green signal from the elusive ULFA-I boss. Baruah, who is a close associate of Anup Chetia is believed to have asked deported general secretary to proceed.

Top sources told Assam Times that Baruah recently called up Chetia and took stock of the process and got to know the entire road map. Chetia, who has recently been deported, told the recent scene. Before the upcoming bihu, a preliminary round of talks is expected in New Delhi in presence of Anup Chetia who is keen to buy peace.
