Curious UFO in sky!

An unidentified object hovering around the sky in upper Assam pulled no less spell of curiosity among lakhs of people on Wednesday evening.

Much to the utter surprise and curiosity, the comet like object was spotted in the sky in and around the Naharkatiya area at around 9 in the evening forcing the people to come out of their homes to watch the strange objects. But there was no conclusion even from the experts.

The same object struck the heavy attention of the people in Dibrugarh district on Tuesday night.

 

Meanwhile, ISRO officials in Shillong told Assam Times that they were not aware of such objects in the sky. But they said if it is spotted it might be drones.

whether ISRO or NASA they will never confess that ufos are of extraterrestrial origin...i have witnessed an ufo from the front yard of my house in jorhat,assam, india on 23rd june 2015...the ufo hovered for about 40mins and finally shot off at lightning speed into the night sky..it can travel at the blink of an eye and i dont think that a drone has that technology...if drones can accelerate at lightning speed then we sud able to go for interstellar travel sitting in a drone itself..whatever i saw was nothing made on earth..nothing made om earth has technology to accelerate away and shot off at the speed of lightning

Yes. I live in dibrugarh 2days after this event i saw a ufo around 8pm while i was talking to my friend on phone suddenly i heard a loud noise and the phone's signal was lost.my frined too heard ths noise. I looked up and i saw a big ufo with purple light hovering on top of me. I quickly went inside and called my mom and sister. When they came it went away in a lighting size and became like a star but was moving very fast. My friend also saw the ufo

Judges’ Field regained

The battle is over. The Kamrup (Metro) district administration has regained the Judges’ Field. A division bench of Chief Justice and Justice Ujjal Bhuyan in the judgment handed over the historic field to the district administration from the Guwahati Town Club on Wednesday.Notably, Guwahati Town Club claimed the field after the Government remained averse to allow Anna Hazare to hold a huge rally in the field last year.

Addl SP injured in clash

A senior police officer among 10 other securitymen have been injured in Cachar after they clashed with a group of protesters on the Silchar-Mizoram road on Wednesday.The incident took place at Lailapool where the local hundreds of local residents blocked the road demanding immediate withdrawal of a toll gate.When security forces tried to disperse them, the protesters turned violent and resorted to stone pelting leaving additional superintendent of police Dhruba Bora along with 12 other policemen injured. Gogoi ridicules Modi

5 killed in Dergaon mishap

Five persons of a family were killed at a tragic rad mishap in Dergaon sending shockwaves across the state on Wednesday.It took place at Balijan on the National Highway No 37 when a vehicle carrying five women and kid rammed into a tree at around 12 in the afternoon.Four women and the kid were killed on the spot. Three others are battling with life at the Jorhat Medical College Hospital after being shifted to it.Eyewitness told Assam Times that the driver of the speeding vehicle suddenly lost control over it and hit the tree.
