Why Himanta joins BJP now

Why Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma is in a haste to join BJP? Political observers are straight in their comments. He is  believed to have unofficially joined BJP in the face of two huge scams that put him in dire straights.

Very recently, BJP parliamentary board called him the key suspect in the Louis Berger scam only a month back. A CID enquiry is in progress which will unearth the real story.

The Central Bureau of Investigation probing the chit fund scam has already grilled Dr Sarma on the basis of the purported letter by Saradha chief Sudipto Sen. CBI has yet to file the charge-sheet.

Really? Has he ever been proven to be involved in any scam? Ever ever in his long lasting career so far?? Is he not one of the cleanest politicians and most efficient too. Stop you propaganda please.

Now that he joined bjp to save himself for all the scams it will be all the more difficult to prove. He is an opportunist and that's what we don't like. It was bjp who was most vocal about his corruption. Why have they accepted him now? Shouldn't  Assam produce more leaders? He already has enough: TV channel, newspaper, guest house, stashed cash and what not. We need honest leaders not tainted. You are spreading the propaganda. Bada aya.

GUWAHATI: Peace talks with the major north eastern rebel groups are in final stage, says Union minister of state for home Kiren Rijiju as he was addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Saturday. DIBRUGARH: In yet another shocking incident a local resident of Moran in Dibrugarh allegedly raped before killing a five year old girl three days back.
