ATM theft: 3 UP youths held in Chirang

Chirang police have arrested the UP youths for alleged ATM theft in the district on Tuesday. Identified as Shivanshu Diwedi and Nijakat Khan, both of Kidwai Nagar (Kanpur Nagar district) and Anupam Mishra of Ram Nagar (Agara district), they were picked up from Dhaligaon area on Monday night after they looted Rs 20000 using a stolen ATM card from a school teacher.

The school teacher received an alert notice in his mobile number of withdrawing Rs 20,000 and informed the police who later arrested the trio.
