At least four persons sustained serious injury when the vehicle carrying them met with a road mishap in Kokrajhar district on Wednesday.
The accident took place at Srirampur in the morning. Local residents told Assam Times that the bolero vehicle carrying news papers packets hit a stranded truck on the national highway.
Identified as Mahadev Das, Manab Roy belonging to the Asomiya Pratidin House along with two others namely Dipak Roy and Dulal Kundu were rushed to the RNB Civil hospital in Kokrajhar where they are battling for life.
