Mother, son trampled to death

In yet another tragic incident of men-elephant conflict a mother and son were trampled to death in Sonitpur district on Thursday.
The incident took place at Nepalipam in the Rongapara area in the wee hours where a heard of wild elephants trampled to Rashmi Tanti and her kid Jit after damaging the hut they lived in.
