Ripunjoy tops HSLC exams

Ripunjoy Kalita of Gilbert English School in Barpeta stole the march in the HSLC examination this year.

The state secondary examination board which announced the results on Tuesday placed Mridul Sharma from Sankardeb Jatiya Vidyalaya in Darrang and Shatabdi Bora from Madhya Jamuguri High School in Sonitpur in second and third positions respectively.

According to SEBA, 62.2% students have cleared the examinations conducted in February.

SEBA Chairman Meenakshi Sundaram formally announced the results at a at a press conference in Guwahati on Tuesday morning.  However, the successful candidates would be able to procure their printed markseets next week. 

Results with marksheets will be available online at http://resultsassam.nic.in.
