Yet another bridge over the river Brahmaputra will give the state a fresh lease of life on the infrascture front. This was what Tarun Gogoi said when the chief minister was addressing a huge rally in Guwahati on Sunday organized to celebrate the fourth anniversary of the Gogoi government. A dread rhino poacher died two of his associates were nabbed at an encounter with police in Pobitora on Friday.The fierce gunbattle took place at midnight at Pagldbeel area inside the wild life sanctuary when police and forest guards launched an operation.As the poachers came to see the security forces they started indiscriminate firing at them.
