Let up in waterlogging

There is some let up in the massive waterlogging that disrupted normal life in Guwahati. 

Surging waters have gone following the halt of rain. But the worst-hit Anilnagar, Nabin nagar are yet to get out of the blues. Waters are still there in some low lying areas. Local residents told Assam Times that this time the surging waters have gone much earlier which suggests that the on going works start working. 

Waterlogging wreaked havoc in parts of the city following heavy downpour on Thursday wee hours.
