Kokrajhar celebrates Independence Day

BTC Chief Hagrama Mohilary hoisted the tri-colour national flag on the occasion of 68th Independence Day celebration and inspected and received guard of honour presented by different parade contingents from police, NCC and school children at Govt. Higher Secondary & Multi Purpose School ground in Kokrajhar on Friday.

Mohilary urged all sections of community to restore peace, unity and tranquility among the society so that the social development may susatin well in the human world.
He said the BTC administration has given stressed on the speedy development on several departments includes Health, Education, Agriculture, PWD and PHE etc.

During the function social worker, sports personality, NGOs, top position rank, highest marks securred in final examination students including HSLC,High Madrassa was also felicitated from district administration.

A cultural demonstration was also presented on the celebration.
