ABSU opposes arms to public

All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU) opposes the rises the matter of legal arms to the public of BTAD where the minority people were raised for their security.

Promod Boro, president of the ABSU said the raise of the legal arms to the public in BTAD for their life secured is very unfortunate. The government has been not control extremist activities in the region deploying many paramilitary. In this time the government steps on legal arms to public for control extremist it’s never good shine for common public. It may know that government lying down to extremist in the name of control their activities.

Boro also mentioned that the all kind of the illegal arms should be seized in this time. But in this time the government not sizing the all kinds of arms from civilian the government going to give legal arms is very panic for community harmony, so the government should mind carefully it. He also mentioned that if the all illegal arms seized in time then it should be come normalcy in the region.

He also said that in the name of operation extremist the government playing a game where some common civilians have been victimize, where main culprits saving. Boro mentioned that all kind of the incident of the region is not by only extremist many of them are politically conspiracy so he demands to identify the main culprit and all government officials should maintain good manner on it.
