AGP-BJP pact uncertain

The AG-BJP pre poll alliance seems to have mired in uncertainty again if Sarbananda Sonowal is to be beleived. AGP top leaders are camping in New Delhi to ensure the pact. But state BJP unit is averse to it.

State party unit president Sarbananda Sonowal told reporters in Dibrugarh that the talks for poll alliance has not progressed a lot.

According to him, the grassroot level party workers are not interested in forging any tie up with the regional party.
