Singer joins BJP

Senior journalist Adip Phukan and noted singer Jitul Sonowal joined BJP on Thursday.

The duo along with five others joined the party at a function organized at the party headquarters on Thursday.

Sonowal said that only BJP can restore peace and development in the north east.

Welcoming the new comers party president Sarbananda Sonowal said that people want to get rid of the Congress rule.
