6 injured in Lakhimpur blast

At least six people have been injures in two powerful explosions that rocked Lakhimpur town on Tuesday.
The first explosion rocked the Jail Road are where one person sustained injury. This was followed by the blast at the Lakhimpur court premises. Five people have been injured.

Security forces have cordoned the entire town area to nab the culprits. The injured people have been rushed to the hospital. No outfit has so far claimed responsibility.
