Acidity, generalized weakness and irregular bowels were diagnosed among the scribes, who attended a day long free health check up camp on Friday in the GNRC Dispur hospital. Organized by the GNRC Hospitals in association with Guwahati Press Club, the camp was attended by around 50 media persons.
Dr Aparajita Barman and Dr Amit Dolley conducted the camp where the journalists were exposed to ECG, Blood Sugar check, Blood Pressure & weight check-up. Intense consultations with the doctors were also provided in the camp, where sister Kalpana and Th Khonibala extended assistances.
Some of the attending media persons were advised for further course of treatments, who would be given concession in GNRC Hospitals, informed Mrinal Ali Hazarika, executive-PR & marketing, GNRC Hospitals.
