DHAC budget session

The budget of Dima Hasao Autonomous Council both normal and entrusted subject for the year 2012-13 with an increase of more than 10% ( Normal sector- 531,07,27,000.00/ entrusted subject plan- 178.96 and non-plan- 260.76 ) was passed in the today’s budget session held at Council session hall. The today’s session was chaired by Sri Kur Rongpi, Chairman, and DHAC.


The Chief Execute Member, Dima Hasao Autonomous Council Sri Debojeet Thaosen, at the out set submitted the budget, since there was no discussion on the budget; the budget was passed unanimously with raising of hands by the members.


CEM, while appreciating the Government of Assam for its positive attitude towards the DHAC invited the local MLA Sri G C Langthasa the lone representative of Dima Hasao to be more proactive in Dispur in highlighting the problems of DHAC as well as for the people of district.
