Sivasagar police have arrested 3 pro talk ULFA cadres on extortion charges in the hear of the town.


Identified as Ashim Bora alias Pankaj Gogoi, Mukul Saikia and Jiten Gohain, they were arrested when they were on the way to extort money from a businessman at the Rong ghar Chariali. They allegedly served a notice to a businessman demanding Rs 20,0000 in cash in the name of Jiban Moran.

Police remand for Nagaon culprit
