Mai-Kou-Chum-Phai is being organised at Lakwa Shyam Gaon
Mai-Kau-Sum-Phai is organised as the traditional festival of Tai community of Budha religion at Lakwa-Chola-Shyam Gaon on February 7 with day-long programme. Traditional ritual and variety of cultural events will be held on this occasion. The residents of the villageers are mainly of Kham-yang clan of Tai, who came here from Myanmer following their big brother Chow-Lung-Siu-Ka-Pha.
