CPIM general secretary Prakash Karat says that his party would raise the multi crore scam in NC Hills of Assam in parliament. Addressing a press conference in Guwahati on Monday, Karat said siphonning off money meant for poor people is a grave and an unpardonable crime and that the guilty persons deserve punishment. Karat along with top party leaders held a brainstorming meet to formulate strategy for the upcoming assembly polls in Assam.
Good news for Assam. Come March 2011. Dipak Jain will take over as the Dean of leading international business school INSEAD. The Dean Emeritus at Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management, would look for opportunities to build INSEAD programmes in China and India as the business school focuses on growing its global presence and attracting more students from the developing countries.
He would be introduced at INSEAD's Leadership Summit Asia 2010 to be held on November 12 in Singapore and will assume his duties as Dean in March 2011.
A graduate of Gauhati University, did his PhD in marketing from the University of Texas at Dallas.
