The name of the upcoming newspaper from Karbi Anglong "The Tribal Reporter" doesn't sound proper. It is so regressive in tone. Why can't it be called "The Native Reporter"? Please think over it.

Nice to learn about the programme. How can a photographer participate in your program? Recently I was awarded 1st Prize in Photography competition organised by Ministry of Youth affairs and Sports, Govt of India. I am interested to know about the programme.
