Nowgong College celebrates 35th weekly function

The 35th weekly function of Nowgong College is being celebrated from 20-24 Nov’09 in the college campus, where various sports cum cultural competition is organized by its students body under guidance of Nowgong College Student Union. The inter-class games are part of group competition whereas solo competition such as Rangoli making, singing etc is under solo performances.


Truly, the education is all meant for overall personality of the students and sports-cultural festivals are integral parts of today development and to proves it usefulness Nowgong College is making all efforts in giving its wards a clear platform for their talents.

Latest to join the bandwagon here in outer Nagaon area is 'Sanjivani Theatre' which is slated to held 3 days show starting on 6 April'10 at Polytechnic Khalpathar, Panigaon. In the aid of Ratanpur Kolongpar Harimandir development the Mukutmani Saikia's 'Vastur Sabha', Samendra Burman's 'Dhumahar Sesat', Ajit Barthakur's 'Taka Phuta Gari' and Aishwarya Kakati's 'Herus Phuler Suwas' are going to entertain local theatre enthusiastics.
