Zigzak Technologies to Launch Lifestyle App with Safety Features

DIMAPUR, September 13: Zigzak Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a rising technology start-up founded by filmmaker and tech enthusiast Mr. Lorence Kachari, is preparing to launch its flagship lifestyle application, Zigzak, next week. The company has described the initiative as a step towards transforming digital convenience in Nagaland, the North East and beyond.

The application is designed to function as an all-in-one service platform, bringing together facilities such as food delivery, grocery shopping, rides, medicines, parcel services and home services on a single interface.

The development of the app has been undertaken by a team of fifteen engineers and developers based in Hyderabad, under the leadership of . Tanya. The operational and marketing responsibilities are being overseen by  Seyievinuo Chuzho (COO),  Amul Karki and Lekazung ozie (Director).

For wider outreach, the company has associated with several personalities as brand ambassadors. These include  Thritong Sangtam,  African Amakishu,  Kuvelu Tetseo of the Tetseo Sisters,  Agu Kath,  Missy Chilli, and  Zuznzun (Mr. Dimapur), Zt Slingshot.. More names are expected to be added in the coming weeks.

Among the most notable features of the app is an advanced SOS system, described by the company as one of the fastest and safest in the world. It is designed to enable immediate emergency response in situations such as threats to personal safety, danger to children, or sudden medical conditions. The system may be activated simply by typing “SOS” within the app. Significantly, the company has stated that the facility will remain accessible to the general public, irrespective of registration on the platform.

The start-up has also indicated its plans to introduce a drone-based delivery system for Nagaland’s hill areas and other remote parts of the North East, in order to improve access to essential supplies such as food and medicines. Pilot projects are in preparation, subject to regulatory approval.

“Zigzak is built on the belief that technology should simplify life,” said Mr. Kachari. “By combining multiple services into one app and placing emphasis on safety and accessibility, we hope to create a platform that truly meets the needs of the people.”

With its integrated services, public safety measures and futuristic vision, Zigzak is emerging as one of the promising start-ups in the country’s digital sector.
