Two persons died and twelve others have been injured when a Tata Safari collided its head on an ASTC bus last night at Alomganj area in Karimganj district of south Assam. According to information, the accident took place at around 1-40 late last night when the Tata safari bound for Narengi from Tamarhat carrying some brick kiln workers had a head-on collision with a speeding ASTC bus bearing No AS-20/0779. Two persons did on the spot while the 12 injured persons have been shifted to the Dhubri Hospital. The reasons are not immediately known.
