Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Chatra Parishad protests killing in Samoguri

After K.N.L.F. killed three Bihari People in Borlalungaon of Sikanjuri under Samaguri at 5.30 A.M. this morning, Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Chatra Parishad took out a protest rally to protest against the killings. Speaking to the media the leader of the said organisation Narendra Chouhan said Parishad appeals for President's rule in Assam as Gogoi government has failed in ruling the state and the security to the people of Assam is at Stake. Thereafter they met the Deputy Commissioner of Nagaon Dr. J. Balaji who assured them that they will put there effort for complete security during Chat Puja and a proper compensation for each of the member killed in the incident. He also gave 15 thousand rupees for the funeral. A CRPF camp is also set up in the gaon to make sure no more such accident take place.

Forest Minister Rockybul Hussain and Former Chief Minister Prafulla Kumar Mahanta also visited the spot and condoled the family member of the deceased.

A group of 15 person looted the passenger of 4 vehicles on NH 37 near Roha, at about 1.35 AM today. Yesterday, late evening, Nagaon Police arrested Hindu Yuva Chatra Parishad, central committee member Mahendra Kuwar. The Deputy S.P. of Nagaon, Naziur Rahman, revealled that Kuwar was having contact with the extremist group Bhartiya Jatiya Sena, the new organisation that is active in Nagaon since last December. Bhartiya Jatiya Sena was suspected to be involved in the last December 4th and 6th blast in Haibargaon and Itachali area of Nagaon district. Three people died several others injured when a bus collided its head on with a car in Nagaon district’s Amoni area on Wedesday. According to information, Alto (AS01 AE 1224) struck its head with a Bus bearing No ASN 6159. All these three people died on the spot. They were S.L. Parik, Bhagwan Mishra, Jatindra Choudhary.
