14 days police remand for Rajarshi Sen Deka

GUWAHATI:The police team probing the APSC scam got remand of Rajarshi Sen Deka for fourteen days after they produced the Baska circle officer before a special court in Guwahati on Monday.

Deka, the son of former m ok minister Nilomoni Sen Deka, went underground hours before the police launched the massive crackdown against the accused officers who managed their selection resorting to forgery in the answerscripts.

Deka, early in the morning surrendered before the police in Kahilipara to be arrested immediately. Then he was produced before the special judge who remanded him to 14 days police custody like the 21 other officers.
