Hagrama takes on BJP chief

The differences between BJP and BPF seems to have been widening on every passing day. The saffron party wants to take the grip in BTAD areas while the regional party is averse to allow it to happen.

Addressing a press conference in Kokrajhar on Wednesday, BPF chief took on state BJP president Ranjit Das saying that he need not be worried about BTAD. “You only think of the areas beyond BTAD. How will you conquer BTAD in 2020?

“If they (BJP) say that they will conquer BTC, then BPF will also be bound to say that they will also have to conquer whole of Assam. It is BPF’s alliance with the BJP that made them win and such statement by the president of the party is very unfortunate,” his added.
