A unique programme on career awareness, educational guidance, skill awareness and personality development was organised at Philobari Junior College, Tinsukia on 10th July. This unique programme was jointly organised by Philobari High School; Sankardev Sishu Niketan, Philobari; Chikarajan Jatiya Vidyalaya ; Vintage Academy, Philobari and Philobari Police Station . This programme was organised to generate more awareness amongst students as the areas is yet to be developed from academic perspectives. Resource persons motivated the students from different schools and colleges of the locality.
Speakers and resource persons included Sourav Jyoti Saikia , ASP, Tinsukia ; Ranjan K Baruah from North East Youth Foundation , Guwahati ; Lieutenant Aman Dalal from Indian Army ; Ashok Gogoi from SSA, Tinsukia ; Kulesh Talukdar , District Coordinator , UNICEF , Tinsukia , etc . Speakers had interaction with the students and other participants after their lectures. More than 300 students apart from teachers and concerned citizens participated in the day long programme and praised the organisers for organizing such educational programme at Philobari.
