At-least six students of Bodoland University in Kokrajhar were hospitalized due to food poisoning late last evening. Students consumed Pazta fast food with meat at a nearby fast food shop at Debargaon in Kokrajhar.
Affected students said that they had consumed Pazta fast food last evening around 5-6 pm at a nearby fast food shop of the university. All six students were taken the fast food on the same time which was served by shop keeper. After few hour of the fast food, students started to vomit and two of them face loose motion besides headache.
Affected students were admitted to the Kokrajhar RNB civil hospital immediately.
Students said that they face food poisoning as they felt vomiting and loose motions after consuming fast foods.
Dr B Karmakar, doctor of the RNB civil hospital said that he found six students admitted to hospital due to food poisoning from Bodoland University. Students were seeing symptoms of vomiting, loose motion and headache in the incident.
'Necessary medical services are giving to the affected persons', Dr Karmakar said.
