Blast in Dikom: 1 killed

One person died and five others sustained injury when suspected ULFA(I) rebels exploded a powerful bomb in Tinsukia district a day before prime minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Sadiya.

The explosion took place at an OIL pipeline in Dikom near Duliajan with a huge sound where one person died on the spot. Security forces rushed to the spot and a massive msn hunt is on to nab the perpetrators. Details awaited.
