Four senior Homeopathic physicians namely Dr SK Das, Dr Susanta Malakar, Dr Gayatri Dutta, Dr Ramanand Gupta will be available for free healthcare consultations at Guwahati Press Club on Saturday, 22 April 2017. The camp is open for all the honorable members of the press club along with their dependants, where they will also get the opportunity to check their blood pressures. The evening OPD clinic will start at 4 pm and continue till 6 pm.
Earlier two doctors from MMC Panbazar hospital namely Dr Madhab Rajbongshi and Dr Hitendra Nath Chakravarty conducted the Saturday clinic at the press club premise on 8 April. The 1 April camp was conducted by Dr Prerit Sarma and Dr Ayona Barthakur from Ayursundra Superspecialty Hospital. It may be mentioned that the city bases press club launched the unique healthcare initiative titled 'Evening with a Doctor' program with initial supports from Dr Jayanta Bardoloi, Managing Director of Dispur Hospitals in August 2016. His hospital also conducted the first evening clinic at the club premise.
