The National Investigation Agency (NIA), who has been investigating into massacre of Adivasi peoples at Santipur-Saralpara along Indo-Bhutan border, arrested three hard core cadres of the NDFB-S on Thursday from Saralpara are in Kokrajhar district.
They were identified as Armish Basumatary of East Jordanpur, Lothen Basumatary of Giribil village of Kokrajhar district and Gangaraj Basumatary of Birhangaon of Chirang district.
With these arrests of three cadres, the arrests stands at 61 and 45 of them have been charged sheeted till date . The arrested cadres have been sent for police custody for three days for investigation, said a senior official.
