The Dr Bhupen Hazarika Foundation (BHF) is an initiative of Bhupen Da’s son Tej Hazarika and family members, several other admirers and followers of Bhupen Da across the globe to preserve the legacy of the ‘Bard of the Brahmaputra’. The BHF has taken an initiative to collect and preserve various memorabilia related to Bhupen Da from personal collections of people all over the world. The BHF, therefore, appeals to everyone to send Bhupen Da’s signatures, letters, messages, autographs, cartoons, photographs, voice recordings, films, calligraphy and other such items via post or digital means, for the purpose of archiving, to the foundation.

The very fact that a towering personality like Bhupen Da was born in Assam and this should act as a source of inspiration for our future generations and motivate them to work for the betterment of our society.
