Manas opens up for tourists

 The Manas National Park opens up for tourists on Saturday. Bodoland Territorial Council Deputy Chief Executive Khampha Borgoyari opened the national park at a brief function at the Second Gate of Bahbari Range in the morning.

More than 100 foreign tourists along with many other visitors were present in the function who later toured the national park which has been remaining closed the during monsoon season. It opens a bit earlier than the previous years.
