BJP and Congress in Arunachal Pradesh mire in bitter blamegame over central fund on road and bridge sector.  State BJP spokesman Techi Necha lashed out at Padi Richo, a day after the state Congress president blamed the Centre for deplorable road conditions. In a press statement on Sunday, Necha called the allegations baseless.
