Shrinkage in geographical map

At the stork of Friday midnight the state’s geographical map underwent a sensational charge.
A huge plot of land covering 116 enclave has gone to Bangladesh nearly one month after Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Bangladeshi counterpart Sheikha Hasina signed the land swap deal.

A high level delegation from Dhaka started implementing the pact on Friday where 15,000 people from Bangladesh got Indian citizenship in Assam alongwith West Bengal, Meghalaya, and Tripura.
Jubilant new citizens in many affected parts of the region celebrated the change over at the stork of midnight.

 

The affected areas in Assam Boraibari Lathitilla, Dumabari in Mancachar where many people are getting confusing and some others are celebrating.
