Waiting for mercury respite

There is some sort of respite is in store from sweltering heat wave across the state on Thursday if the weathermen are to be believed.

The disrupting mercury is likely to come down towards the evening as there is some possibility of rainfall and thunderstorm in some parts of the state during the next 12 hours.

The Regional Meteorological Centre at Borjhar has forecast of change in weather during the next 12 hours as the depression in the Bay of Bengal would be partially over paving the way for incursion of moisture to Assam and its neighbouring north eastern states during the next 12 hours.

Wednesday morning started at 29 degree Celsius and the figure is likely to go up to 37 degree Celsius.
