AGP unification panel meets to study progress

The Asom Gana parishad’s eleven member unification panel is meeting to day in the city to carry forward the amalgamation of the regional parties before the Lok Sabha polls. According to information, headed by AGP executive president and former minister Phani Bhusan Chaudhury, the panel will talk to the breakaway AGP leaders Biraj Kumar Sarma and Rekharani Das Boro. It has already hold a few rounds of talk with AGP(P), Trinamool gana parishad and two PLP factions. Afrter holding a few rounds of talks the panel will submit its findings before the party high command within 2 months to clear the road to unification.
