Caught in a barrage of criticism over his recent suggestions to the Centre on NRC, Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said that his government is committed to a flawless NRC.
In a statement issued to the media on Friday, Gogoi said that his intention is nothing but to ensure that the citizens are included in the updated NRC.
The government would extend all possible help and cooperation to it for the preparation of a full-proof NRC for the state, he said.
