Narrow escape for Gogoi

Chief minister Tarun Gogoi had a narrow escape on Thursday when the chopper carrying him to Tihu had an emergency landing at Borjhar air port.

Gogfoi, who left fot Tihu at 11-30 to attend the mega food park opening ceremony at a chopper suddenly caught in a technical snag 7 minutes after it took off.

Then the chopper landed back at the airport safely forcing the authorities to arrange another chopper for the chief minister to visit Tihu at 12-30 in the afternoon.
