Gogoi moves people again

Congress pulls up its sleeves to move the people again hardly a year before the assembly polls. 

Party president Anjan Dutta and chief minister Tarun Gogoi have asked ministers and MLAs to ensure historic crowd at the anniversary function in Guwahti slated for May 23 and 24. 

Gogoi asked his cabinet colleagues to highlight the success stories which he thinks would be the best way to reach the voters. 

" This is our the initial stage of our strategy. Wait and watch how we will woo the voters. We are proceeding step by step," a senior party leader told Assam Times. 

Another party leader said,"we have inputs even from the grassroot level that nobody can stop us. That's why, we are confident of a fourt straight win." 

"Why should a chief minister tell that his party will retain? There is definitely some reasons," said another senior leader.
