Chief minister Tarun Gogoi has come down heavily on prime minister Narendra Modi a day after the union cabinet dropped Assam from the purview of the land swap deal with Bangladesh.
Addressing a press conference in Dispur, Gogoi said the decision would harm the state.
"Now we can't complete the border fencing smoothly only of centre"s political decision," said the chief minister.
