Bangalore Bihu

This Bohag Bihu Bangalore City has witnessed a never seen cultural initiative- Husori. Like the way it’s being performed back in Assam, a few Assamese youth residing in Bangalore planned and started Bihu Husori drive here in Bangalore on April 18 and it will continue on every Saturday and Sunday of this Bohag month. Under the banner of Assam Society of Bangalore (ASoB) this Husori gives the Bangalorean Assamese folks a chance to celebrate their culture even thousand miles away from their Homeland-Assam. This initiative also opens up opportunities to showcase rich Assamese culture to native Kannada people along with other non Assamese community.
