What is the striking feature of the 73rd Asaom Sahitya Sabha session? The answer is simple. The focus of attraction at the Atmaram Sarma Samannoy Kshetra is the 80 foot-long Gunamala.

Woven by Hemo Prabha Chutiya from Moran, the Gunamala is pulling no less crowd in the exhibition venue.

Talking to Assam Times, Chutiya said that he did it with an eighty-foot-long cloth with Muga yarn and Guna.

It took nine months for Chutia to complete the laudable task. Notably, her ten metres long Namghosa has already has drawn applause from many quarters. This venture required her Rs 70,000.
