The All BTC Minority Students Union(ABMSU) burnt effigy of Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi in Kokrajhar on Thursday blaming it all on him for the cycle of violence in Kokrajhar and Sonitpur districts. The students activists took out a rally from Bhorgaon ABMSU office shouting slogans against the Chief Minister burnt effigies Gogoi’s effigy along with Songbijit along the JD Road at Bhotgaon in Kokrajhar in the afternoon. The students alleged failure of the state government and demanded stern measures to restore peace in these four trouble torn districts.
