With “Betrayal Day”, the ruling party in the state will launch Mission 79 Plus in 2016 polls to counter BJP’s Mission 84 Plus.
Senior party leaders told Assam Times that APCC president Anjan Dutta has a target 60,000 party workers in the rally to be addressed by Gandhi which would be a poll bugle for the party.
