This year open quiz Brain Jam is going to be held in November 22 at ITA Machkhowa, Guwahati. Renown quiz master Barry O’Brien, will conduct the quiz as usual. The theme is set-ApneDeshKoJano, will definitely be interesting for all the participants. The entire quiz will be on India. Organized by Priya Communication, the prelims are scheduled from 3:30pm while the finals of the quiz would be from 5:30 pm, the same day. The winning team will walk away with a packaged trip to Goa and two laptops, besides a number of other gifts. Total six teams will be finalized for the finals comprising two participants in each team.

Seven Engineering Students Died in Accident at Jalukbari

In a tragic road accident that occurred in the Jalukbari area of Guwahati seven engineering students died at spot last night. According to reports, a group of 10 Assam Engineering College (AEC) students traveled in a scorpio car. A Special Leave Petition under Article 136 of the Constitution of India has been filed in the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by advocate Arif Jwadder. The petition appeals against the Gauhati High Court's disposal of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking an independent investigation into all fake encounters that took place from May 2021 onwards.
